Terms of Service
Rules for using GetSellora and the responsibilities of each party.

By using GetSellora, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Service operator
GetSellora is currently operated by an individual: Yevhenii Viktorovych Rybalka, Ukraine.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for account security, workspace members and activity under your account.
- A personal account must not be shared by multiple people.
3. The GetSellora service
GetSellora provides tools for AI Employees, knowledge, conversations, contacts, channels, automations and third-party integrations.
Features may change, improve or be discontinued. We will try to provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably practical.
4. Artificial intelligence
- AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for the context.
- Users must review important responses and actions before relying on them.
- GetSellora is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
- The user is responsible for instructions, knowledge, tool permissions and use of AI output.
5. User content and customer data
You retain rights to content uploaded to GetSellora and grant GetSellora a limited permission to process it only to provide, protect and support the service.
You confirm that you have the legal rights and grounds required to upload and process content, personal data and customer data.
6. Third-party integrations
Google, Clerk, OpenAI, Vercel, Neon and other services have their own terms and policies. GetSellora does not control their availability.
By connecting an integration, you authorize the transfer of data required to perform the selected feature.
7. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plan terms, limits, billing periods and taxes will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove charges already due.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Prohibited use
Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal activity, spam, fraud, infringement, bypassing security and dangerous content are prohibited.
9. Availability and termination
We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may be restricted for maintenance, security, legal compliance or to stop a violation.
Users may stop using the service and request account closure.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetSellora is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions based solely on AI output.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory rules in the consumer’s country of residence require otherwise.
Before court proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve a dispute through a written request to support@getsellora.app.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable law changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
