Refund Policy
Rules for cancelling subscriptions and requesting GetSellora refunds.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Policy will apply to GetSellora paid plans after payment processing launches. It does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Contents
1. Request period
A refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days after the first payment for a paid plan.
For an automatic renewal, the request must also be submitted within 14 calendar days after the relevant charge.
2. Minimal-use condition
A full refund is generally available where the service was barely used and there was no material consumption of AI, indexing, storage, integrations or other paid resources.
Each request is reviewed in good faith based on usage, technical costs and applicable legal requirements.
3. Cases reviewed separately
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
- A charge after timely cancellation caused by a technical error.
- A prolonged confirmed outage of core paid functionality.
- An unauthorized payment after reviewing the circumstances and account security.
4. When a refund may be refused
- The request is submitted after 14 days without a mandatory legal basis.
- Paid resources or features were materially consumed.
- The account violated the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The plan was purchased, used to complete a short-term project and then submitted for refund.
5. Cancelling a subscription
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation alone does not create an automatic right to refund a completed payment.
6. How to request a refund
- Email support@getsellora.app from the address associated with the account.
- Include the workspace, payment date, amount and reason for the request.
- Do not send a complete card number, password or secret keys.
7. Review and payment
We aim to review requests within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
8. Mandatory rights
Where the law of the user’s country provides broader cancellation, refund or consumer rights, those mandatory rights apply.
These documents describe the rules governing GetSellora and are not a substitute for individual legal advice.
