Acceptable Use Policy
What is permitted and prohibited when using GetSellora.

This Policy protects users, their customers and GetSellora. It applies to all accounts, AI Employees, channels, automations and integrations.

1. Illegal and harmful activity
- Do not use GetSellora to break the law, commit fraud, extort, harass or facilitate violence.
- Do not create or distribute malware, phishing, hacking instructions or methods for bypassing security.
- Do not exploit children or create any sexual content involving minors.
2. Spam and deception
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages without an appropriate legal basis or recipient consent.
- Do not impersonate a specific real person or conceal the AI nature of a system where that would mislead a customer.
- Do not create fake reviews, identities, documents or offers for deceptive purposes.
3. Personal and confidential data
- Collect only data required for a lawful and understandable purpose.
- Do not upload another person’s confidential information without appropriate rights and legal grounds.
- Do not use GetSellora for unlawful surveillance, profiling or discrimination.
- Do not place passwords, complete card details or secret keys in ordinary messages.
4. High-impact decisions
Do not use GetSellora as the sole decision-maker in healthcare, lending, insurance, employment, law, education, housing or another area where an error could materially affect a person’s rights or safety.
Such decisions must be reviewed by a qualified person.
5. Service security
- Do not access another user’s accounts, data or workspaces.
- Do not bypass limits, authorization, plan restrictions or security controls.
- Do not run load tests, vulnerability scans or automated scraping without written permission.
- Do not resell access to GetSellora as your own service without a separate agreement.
6. Rights of others
- Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights.
- Do not use names, logos, voices or images of people or organizations without required permission.
7. Enforcement
GetSellora may restrict a tool, suspend an account, remove unlawful content or terminate access when needed for security, legal compliance or to stop a violation.
Where possible, the user will receive notice and an opportunity to explain. Critical threats may require immediate action.
8. Reporting violations
Report unlawful or dangerous content to support@getsellora.app with a link, description and available evidence.
