How GetSellora collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.

This Policy explains how GetSellora processes personal data relating to service users, customer representatives and visitors to websites where the GetSellora widget is installed.

1. Who is responsible for the data
GetSellora is currently operated by an individual: Yevhenii Viktorovych Rybalka, Ukraine.

2. Data we process
- Account data, including name, email, avatar, authentication identifiers and profile settings.
- Workspace data, including name, members, roles, AI Employee and channel settings.
- Customer content, including knowledge sources, files, web pages, instructions, messages, contacts, tasks and meetings.
- Integration data, including technical access tokens and information required to perform an authorized action.
- Technical data, including IP address, browser, device, security logs, errors and usage metrics.
- Payment information will be handled by a payment provider after paid plans launch. GetSellora should not store complete payment card details.
3. Why we process data
- To create accounts and workspaces and provide GetSellora features.
- To generate responses, search knowledge and execute authorized tools.
- To support users, diagnose failures and secure the service.
- To perform our agreement, comply with law and pursue legitimate interests in safely improving the service.
- To send marketing communications only when permitted by law or consented to by the user.
4. Google user data
When a user connects Google Calendar, GetSellora may access calendar events only within the permissions granted by that user.
Google Calendar data is used solely for calendar features enabled or explicitly requested by the user, such as creating a calendar event.
GetSellora's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- GetSellora does not sell Google user data.
- Google user data is not used for advertising or advertising profiles.
- Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
- Necessary portions of a request may be processed by an AI provider solely to perform the requested feature.
- Access can be revoked through Google Account settings or by discontinuing the relevant integration.
5. Your customers’ data
When a business uses GetSellora to communicate with its customers, that business determines the purposes of processing and GetSellora acts as its software provider and data processor.
The user is responsible for lawful collection, appropriate privacy notices and obtaining consent where required.
6. Providers and international transfers
GetSellora may use hosting, database, authentication, AI, file storage, Google API, email and payment providers. Current providers include Vercel, Neon, Clerk, OpenAI, Vercel Blob and Google.
Data may be processed outside Ukraine. Available contractual, technical and organizational safeguards are used as required by applicable law.
We may disclose data when required by law, a court or a competent public authority.
7. Retention and deletion
- Account data is retained while the account is active or as needed for legal obligations.
- Workspace content is retained until deletion, account closure or expiry of an applicable backup period.
- Security logs may be retained longer to prevent fraud, investigate incidents and comply with law.
- Deletion requests can be sent to support@getsellora.app.
8. Your rights
- Request information about processing and a copy of personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion, restriction or cessation of certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Object to processing and request data portability where provided by law.
- Complain to a competent data protection authority.
9. Security, children and changes
GetSellora uses access controls, workspace isolation, encrypted connections and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
This Policy may be updated. The latest revision date is displayed on this page, and material changes will be communicated through an available channel.
